Deposits and Withdrawals

All financial transactions on the fg555 Platform are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). The following terms apply to all deposits and withdrawals.

Accepted payment methods are subject to change without prior notice. You must use a payment method registered in your own name. Deposits made using payment methods belonging to third parties will be refused and refunded.

  Minimum DepositThe minimum deposit amount on fg555 is ৳100. There is no processing fee charged by fg555 on deposits made via Bangladesh mobile wallets (bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay). Third-party payment providers may charge their own fees, which are beyond fg555's control.

  WithdrawalsWithdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, wherever technically feasible. fg555 targets processing all withdrawal requests within 24 hours; however, processing times may vary depending on the payment provider and applicable verification requirements. fg555 reserves the right to request additional identity verification before processing any withdrawal.

  Dormant Account BalancesAn account is considered dormant if it has had no login activity for a continuous period of 12 months. fg555 may apply an inactivity fee to dormant account balances in accordance with its dormant account policy, which will be communicated to the registered contact details before any deduction is made. Players are encouraged to log in and withdraw balances before an account becomes dormant.

Fair Use and Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the fg555 Platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and permanent exclusion from the Platform.

Limitation of Liability

Players access and use the Platform entirely at their own risk and are responsible for ensuring their device and connection are appropriately protected.
